An award winning interior designer in Central Texas for over 30 years, Marla has been recognized for her professional achievements by ASID, IIDA, AIA, RECA and ABJ. She was elected into the College of Fellows of the IIDA, and was among the first interior designers to be inducted into the Design Hall of Fame at the University of Texas at Austin, where she has served as an instructor and guest lecturer. Marla’s numerous executive committee roles across a broad range of community organizations complement her leadership achievements in the industry. She actively seeks ways to improve the design process for the firm and monitors the pulse of industry developments to keep Bommarito Group at the top of their game.
